Because every Zema piece is handmade, natural variations—including bubbles, slight shifts in color, or minor imperfections—are to be expected and celebrated. These characteristics reflect the craftsmanship behind each object and are not considered defects. Minor variations between the item received and the product images are normal and part of what makes each Zema piece one of a kind.
Custom & Sale Items

Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. In such cases, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

Sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
Returns & Exchanges for All Other Items
For items that are not custom-made or marked as final sale:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition—unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Promotional codes used on original purchases cannot be transferred to new orders.

To begin, email zema@zemaarte.com with your order number and a brief reason for return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your item, please allow up to 5 business days for store credit or an exchange to be processed.

If eligible, you may select an in-stock replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at zema@zemaarte.com and include:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
If approved, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost, or issue store credit based on your preference.
Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and, if applicable, will be deducted from your store credit.

Items must be returned in original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Exchange timelines may vary depending on your location.
Refunds & Exchanges Options

Refunds are issued as store credit once the return is received and approved.

Exchanges are available for the same item (pending availability). If you prefer to exchange, shipping costs for sending the item back are your responsibility.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email zema@zemaarte.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos if relevant, and a short reason for the return or exchange.

Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

Once approved, package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
Please note: Once your order is placed, it’s considered final and we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
